a home. We can help you take the steps necessary to qualify for the
home you want. We walk you through the complicated process of buying
a home.
- CCC offers homebuyer education programs. Completion of these classes
can help you qualify for special programs offered by area lenders.
- If you are nearing retirement and looking for options regarding
your home, CCC provides reverse mortgage counseling.
- CCC works with individuals struggling to make their house payment. Meet with a counselor for Mortgage Counseling/Foreclosure Prevention.
- CCC administers the Rapid City Community Development Corporations
Housing Program. The RCCDC constructs single family homes and will
do purchase rehabilitation to homes or provide down payment and closing
cost assistance for persons who meet the low income eligibility and
program guidelines.
